Everfuel has the vision and plans ready and the projects are continuously rolling into the order book, so that is why we are looking for an Investor Relations & Communications Manager – are you the next Everfueller?
Everfuel is the new fuel company in Europe – providing green hydrogen for larger vehicle fleets like buses, trucks and taxies. Everfuel provides the missing link between renewable energy and green transportation as a partner, owner and operator of PtX plants, hydrogen distribution and hydrogen fueling stations.
About the job position
As Investor Relations & Communications Manager you will be responsible for the ongoing contact to the investor community and other relevant stakeholders and for the internal and external communication in general. You will take care of investor questions, corporate presentations, investor meetings, press releases, investor newsletters, website content and LinkedIn content. You will support management in communication issues and will be connecting investor relations and communication to the business growth strategy. You will be part of an entrepreneurial and international company where you have the possibility to influence significantly both strategic and operational.
Reporting will be to the CFO. Place of work will be Høgild near Herning, Denmark. You will be part of an ever growing team of motivated people who are dedicated to make green hydrogen for transportation a competitive alternative to fossil fuels – do you want to make an impact on the future? – Then join us!
Your tasks will include:
- Investor communication, newsletters and company presentations
- Investor meetings, questions and networking
- Website and LinkedIn content
- Communication strategy and plans
- Bring the capital market perspective on the agenda within management team
- Innovate digital information platforms
- Stock-exchange notices and press releases
Requirements
You have a relevant educational background most likely on bachelor or master level and you are expected to have 3-6 years of experience from relevant jobs preferably from public listed company. Excellent presentations skills and excellent in writing and communicating both in English and Danish. Experience with PowerPoint and Word is needed on a super user level.
You are structured and detail focused and excellent in keeping deadlines. You are trustworthy and have the ability to build and maintain long term relationships. Analytical, proactive and hands on personality is needed. You work in an independent and innovative way defining your path to solid results in the context of company growth. You have good interpersonal skills, you have a service-oriented mindset, and you appreciate a positive, constructive and ambitious working environment. You are highly productive to get things done but still in excellent quality. As a person you are dedicated to your job and you want to make a difference to the world by working in a company that wants to make green transportation possible.
- Relevant education within investor relations and communications
- 3-6 years of relevant job experience
- Strong IT skills (Office365)
- Danish and English in writing and orally for professional use
