Are you ready to take on a key role in ensuring high quality training at Novo Nordisk, Hjørring, a 30 minutes’ drive from Aalborg? Do you get energy from interacting with many different stakeholders? About the department
You will join a Business Support Team of 10 highly skilled colleagues at Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing (NMS) in Hjørring. Our main responsibility is to deliver state-of-the-art support to the management and to the rest of NMS by ensuring high quality and effectiveness in cross-functional business processes incl. training. The production site in Hjørring count around 300 colleagues who work dedicatedly to secure the global supply of pen needles in Novo Nordisk.

The job
As Training Partner you will be a key driver in ensuring the right focus and balance to ensure a compliant training setup as a natural part of the daily production at NMS.

In your daily job, you will take on different roles such as facilitator at workshops and on shop floor, developer of training material as well as project coordinator ensuring that we develop and implement effective training methods and tools at the site. At workshops and on shop floor you will train employees, mainly operators, in using the standard training tools and methods, while ensuring that the standard is translated into the employee’s everyday context. As an advocate for compliant training, you will play a major role in promoting and implementing the training agenda and related learning processes. At the same time, you keep developing training material as well as training methods and tools to ensure that they fit naturally into your colleagues’ everyday lives. You will also be responsible for connecting the digital agenda with the standard training tools and methods at NMS.

Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree, e.g. within Communication, Education or Psychology OR bring a solid training or communication background.

You know exactly how to utilise your strong social and communication skills to become an excellent go-to person who can lead the way by engaging and motivating colleagues. You are a natural when it comes to building strong relations, and you are able to drive processes proactively in complex environments with many different stakeholders. Moreover, you have a pragmatic and positive mindset allowing you to create solutions that make a positive difference on the shop floor. Experience with change management processes and project management will be an advantage but not a prerequisite. We look forward to receiving your application.
