This is the role and main tasks
At Stibo Systems, our communication function plays an influential role in employee experience. We are looking for a hands-on Communication Specialist, based out of our headquarters. In this role, you will drive our internal communications strategy and employer branding content. This role is currently a maternity replacement with the potential to extend into a full-time contract.

“Our Global Marketing team of 40+ colleagues works with Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Shared Services (Branding & Communication). You will join the Shared Services team that is responsible for content production, visual identity, events, Public Relations, marketing campaign development and execution and Internal Communications. In other words, your team is a diverse mix of skilled individuals, spread across the world,” says Barbara Hennekens, Vice President, Global Marketing.

More specifically, you will:
- Develop and execute an impactful and comprehensive internal communications plan positions our company values, culture, and style
- Help our leaders communicate effectively through communication plans, including producing, ghostwriting, and editing
- Craft memorable, engaging narratives across our internal channels as needed to drive awareness of key initiatives (written, virtual meetings and/or video)
- Plan & execute virtual communication events such as Global Town Halls
- Advise on Employer Branding strategy and produce employer branding content for our various internal and external channels

Who we are looking for
We are searching for a people-centric communications specialist, who is naturally curious and can formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues. You are someone who finds it easy to build relationships, collaborate with a varied set of stakeholders and offer sound counsel to our global leadership team.
Moreover, you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in communication or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 2-4 years of experience
- The ability to product engaging content for different channels
- Stakeholder management skills
- Employer Branding experience
- Experience with Teams, Yammer and SharePoint are an advantage
