The Position
As the International Carbohydrates Marketing Manager, you will endeavour onto a very exciting journey accelerating the application of carbohydrates across multiple indication areas in collaboration with some of the most innovative drug developers. You will take on the pivotal role of developing our marketing strategies and customer service programs. You will spearhead the customer insights processes as well as drive engagement and conversion in all customer touchpoints incl. our digital channels. Furthermore, in close partnership with the Sales and Business Director, you will support the business development and commercial excellence across our carbohydrate portfolio.
The role requires at least an undergraduate degree in marketing and a higher understanding of the workflow in Life Sciences companies combined with a solid marketing experience and ideally product management experience. The International Carbohydrates Marketing Manager will be part of the Carbohydrate Sales and Marketing team and report directly to the International Sales & Business Director. The position is based in Holbæk, Denmark.
Responsibilities
- Marketing strategy & planning
- Production and execution of marketing campaigns across all touch points (digital as well as physical)
- Collect and analyse customer and competitor insights to improve future strategy and campaigns
- Business intelligence and business development
Professional qualifications & experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required in relevant business or scientific field
- Experienced (+ 5 years) within marketing, product marketing or related field activities, preferably within Life Sciences and B2B.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Proven success in executing programs that drive demand, acceleration and upsell
- Language skills: Fluency in verbal and written Danish and English
Personal profile
- Creative with a sense of detail and structure to deliver new and outstanding campaigns
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Solution-oriented team-player but also with the ability to work independently and drive own work forward to achieve results
- Excellent written English language skills and an ability to create marketing content as required
- Digital native
- Strong sense of accountability. Delivers on agreements in a timely manner
- Inspired by working with diverse nationalities and cultures
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
Travel
Approximately 20-25 days. The rest of the time is spent at the Headquarter, Holbæk, Denmark.
