Are you passionate about communications, PR and promotion? Do you get excited whenever you get to use your entire palette of communication skills and working in-depth with everything from SoMe to press contact and the design of compelling content? If yes, then maybe you are the person we are looking for to fill the position as a Finnish Communications Coordinator in our Nordic Communications department located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The position:
We are looking for someone who has a broad skill set within the area of communications – someone who is equipped with the ability to both conduct and produce. You stay up to date in terms of the latest trends within communication measures, and you understand how to use them in a way that creates synergy between overall strategy and the needs of our customers. Furthermore, you always pay attention to detail in terms of your communication efforts and you possess a talent for creating content that really resonates with our target groups.
You will become part of our ambitious and result-driven Nordic Communications department situated in DACHSER Nordic’s regional office in Copenhagen. You will be tasked with coordinating and executing communications and PR tasks in collaboration with our Finnish organization.

Who are you?
You have completed an academic degree in communications, marketing or journalism. You thrive on an alternating everyday life with many different tasks and you are always able to keep the overview. Furthermore, you are thorough and are used to thinking and working independently. However, you are also a good team player and love good teamwork. Finally, it is an absolute must that you have a very high level of proficiency in spoken and written Finnish.

The position is located in our branch in Copenhagen, optionally in our branch in Kerava, Finland. You will become part of a team, in which we appreciate new ideas and stay on top of things, even though no one knows what the day will bring. We treasure a cheerful and non-formal work environment where we always listen to each other’s ideas.
You will report to our Communications Manager Nordic. Our corporate language is English, which you should therefor master both in writing and in speech. Understanding Danish/Swedish is an advantage, but not a requirement.

- Creating and distributing news and press releases via different platforms.
- Reaching out to Finnish media, building and maintaining relationships with your contact persons within the relevant media.
- Creating engaging and relevant content for social media.
- Developing a uniform brand image for our internal and external communication based on our values and corporate guidelines.
