About the department

You will be employed in the Communication and Public Affairs team at Novo Nordisk Kalundborg. The team is responsible for all internal communication, including employee communication, change management communication, leadership communication as well as internal platforms and channels. In addition, the team is responsible for all external communication and public affairs, including industry and educational relations, sponsorship management, employer branding, external events and media handling.

The position

Being an intern offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and competencies within analysis, planning, communication, and public affairs. Your key responsibilities will be to develop and review texts and videos for internal and external communication channels as well as Power Point presentations targeted at internal or external audiences, manage publication processes and assist on various operational tasks, projects and events.

Qualifications

You are currently attending the final year of your bachelor or started at your master’s degree. You have a flair for layout and know how to communicate a message in a simple and appealing way. You have excellent writing and video editing skills and you are comfortable with a mix of operational tasks and independent projects. You are service minded, outgoing, have an eye for details and are eager to learn. You understand and communicate complex information in easy terms in both Danish and English.

Information about the internship:

  • Internship period: 6-8 month with start as soon as possible
  • Working hours: 37 hours a week
  • Enrolment in a BSc. or MSc. study program is required
  • Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required
