As Senior Customer Communications Manager you will be responsible for creating, managing, implementing and evaluating communications to our Customers. You will be in charge of overseeing external customer communications and global advisories. Ensuring our message is consistent and engages customers and builds brand recognition

You will manage the delivery of Customer communications plans and work closely with global and regional stakeholders.
You will also develop, update and deliver detailed media reports, press releases/SoMe posts together with Corporate Comms. and selected marketing materials.
Other important tasks will include:
• Create content, newsletters and other related marketing materials when relevant
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise selected projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready… i.e. Partnership projects
• Lead the unboxing marketing community
• Respond to customer communication-related issues in a timely manner.
The successful candidate has 7-10 years of experience from a similar position.
You have experience with creating and managing external communication and are able to structure messages to make powerful and persuasive arguments.
You:

• Are a resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment and thrive in an international environment. You want to challenge and develop yourself.
It would be an advantage, but not a requirement, if you a native English speaker
