We are looking for passionate students to be part of the Maersk Corporate Communication team.

• Working hours will typically be around 15-20 hours per week and based in Copenhagen.
The position will offer sufficient flexibility for you to concentrate on lectures and exams, but will also require flexibility during peak periods.
As a student assistant in this team you will experience a unique opportunity to be part of a global communications team working closely with the business.
The role implies a variety of tasks centered around our internal communications channels:
• Responsible for publishing and designing news bulletins, global stories, people announcements on our internal communications platforms
• Support an optimized story flow on the intranet frontpage and designing internal campaign sites
• Ongoing monitoring and maintenance on our internal communications platforms
• Practical support on conducting internal surveys and analytics reporting
• Go to point on ad hoc requests
We will be looking for a passionate performer with an appetite to learn and grow. You are studying or about to start on a Master within communications or similar.
Furthermore you:
• Have experience with Office 365/SharePoint
• Have a strong independent drive to achieve success in your work
• Have the ability to work across an organisation and engage with stakeholders across the team
• Have strong personal impact with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to be creative and create seamless solutions to challenges at hand
