Better Collective is a leading sports betting media group operating brands across the world, with a mission to give sports bettors a more educated, responsible and entertaining betting experience.
THE ROLE
As we continue to grow, both organically and by acquisitions, and have reached more than 600 employees across our international offices, we see an increasing need for internal communication to support strategic and cultural alignment internally. This is why we are now looking for an experienced internal communications manager.
As our new internal communications manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies and plans that engage, align, and inspire employees around our mission, business strategy and culture. It is a dedicated priority in our business strategy to work as ‘One BC’ and you will play an important role in supporting this strategic focus. You will become part of Group PR & Communications and work closely with the rest of the team to align on corporate communication initiatives, as well as with Group HR and the executive management team to drive the strategic, corporate agenda.
As this is a newly established position, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the function and impact our approach to internal communications. The role will be based in Copenhagen.

- Develop internal communications strategy and plans
- Agenda-setting for executive management and local business owners
- Advise management team and other key executives
- Act as a main point of contact for all internal announcements and communications
- Copy writing and review content
- Support knowledge sharing across the organization
- Plan and execute town hall meetings
- Assure continuous development of our intranet as a central hub for internal communications
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a seasoned internal communications professional who is used to a corporate environment, but also appreciates the dynamics of a younger company that continues to grow and needs to take internal communications to the next level. To be an ideal candidate for the position, you should fit the following:
- Several years of experience from a similar role
- Experience from another international company
- Native-level English writing skills
- Track record of developing powerful communication assets
- Experience in managing dedicated internal communication tools and platforms e.g. Sharepoint
- Strategic mindset and business acumen
- Structured self-starter with a can-do attitude
