As Customer Communications Manager you will be responsible for creating, managing, implementing and evaluating communications to our Customers.
You will be overseeing external customer communications and global advisories, ensuring our message is consistent and engages customers and builds brand recognition.
You will drive engagement and build active support for our transformation.
You will develop and manage the delivery of Customer communications strategies that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
You will be working closely with global and regional stakeholders in e.g. Marketing, Corporate Communications, Legal and Product.
You will also supervise selected projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.

We are looking for a high-performing Customer Communications manager to help us deliver world-class engagement with our customers
The successful candidate has 7-10 years of experience from a similar position.
You have experience with creating and managing external communication and are able to structure messages to make powerful and persuasive arguments.
To perform this job successfully, you should be able to
1. Put yourself in our customers shoes - Listen and understand our customers’ pain points by harnessing our existing data as well as seeking new information and validation
2. Develop a Value-Adding customer-centric program
• Identify, prioritise and determine the issues that impact on the ‘short to medium-term’ decision-making process among our clients and prospects – for example, industry benchmarking, access to Maersk data etc.
• Create, co-ordinate and deliver a programme of planned customer communications activity that brings our insights to life in ways that are appropriate to this audience group
3. Create compelling content that engages our customers and delivers exceptional value for them
• Create assets including copywriting articles that will drive engagement – case studies, presentations, thought leadership, video and social etc.
4. Embed and align with the wider business
• Understand the growth ambitions of the business to ensure customer communications activity supports it and work closely with key stakeholders e.g senior leadership team, sales. Corporate communications and Legal
You:
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills
• Are a resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment and thrive in an international environment. You want to challenge and develop yourself.
It would be an advantage, but not a requirement, if you are native English speaker
The right candidate is a self-starter with curious nature and a drive to continuously optimize.
