biosis might be the perfect place for you, as we are seeking a part-time Communications Officer with experience, energy, and talent to communicate our mission and architectural projects to the world. biosis is an international architecture practice working with climate-driven design and sustainable community development in the fields of architecture, landscape, and urban planning.
We are looking for a person who is dynamic, efficient, independent, takes initiative, and is fluent in professional English. It is a plus if you have previously worked with communication for a creative business and have experience in communication in North America and/or globally.
Our project locations span a vast geographical area, currently ranging from Scandinavia to the Arctic, North Atlantic, and Canada.
Position and Workplace
The position is part-time (with a possibility of extending to full-time later on). If you reside in Denmark, the employment will be local, with the workplace located in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. We are also open to remote, freelance employment from North America (East Coast). Either way, the work will involve occasional travel between offices and project locations.

biosis's architectural philosophy is built on the idea of incorporating sustainability as visible architectural statements in the design. biosis creates architecture rooted in nature and evidence, responding to the topography and environmental conditions. This approach results in building typologies that are influenced by climatic, geological, and biological factors. Simultaneously, new social connections and spaces are formed within and between the buildings. We call this approach Climate-Driven Design.
biosis adopts an international perspective, aiming to share its expertise beyond the company's home base. Currently, biosis operates in Scandinavia, the North Atlantic, and the Arctic, with projects in Denmark, Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Sweden, Norway, and Canada.
Our goal is to establish a solid foundation of expertise applicable throughout the region while increasing our local presence.
