The project for the New Bispebjerg Hospital represents a key intervention within the vision proposed by the Capital Region of Denmark for the development of healthcare services in the area. The architectural complex develops in an area of around 77.500 sqm, within six pavilions will host a dense and widely articulated functional program. The three key departments will be: Emergency, Operation, and Radiology.

The New Bispebjerg Hospital represents the perfect union of quality and sustainability, in which the intrinsic plus value is constituted by a concerted and shared work between the various professionals involved.

The construction of the New Bispebjerg Hospital is moving fast, and we need more hands to help keep the process flowing. Therefore, We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling the flow of documentation within our organisation. This includes managing important documents such as drawings, specifications, procedures, and manuals, and ensuring that they are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to relevant parties. Within this role you will report to the BIM/CDE Manager of the project.

Our ideal candidate should have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, is essential for this role. Experience in using Dalux is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organise documentation such as drawings, specifications, procedures and manuals.
  • Ensure that all documents are up to date, accurately recorded, and accessible to relevant parties.
  • Liaise with project teams and other departments to manage document revisions and approvals.
  • Provide support to project teams in document management processes.
  • Perform document quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Ensure that documents are properly stored and easily retrievable.
  • Manage document distribution to appropriate parties, ensuring that all recipients receive the correct versions of documents.
  • Monitor document review and approval cycles to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide training and support to employees on document management processes and systems.
  • Continuously improve document management systems and processes.
  • Generate and provide regular reports to management on the activity of the document control office.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
  • Proficient in using Dalux and BIM360 is a plus.
  • 3Y Experience working in a document control or administration role.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • A positive attitude towards learning and development.
