Vestas CEO Service Strategy
You will become part of the Service Strategy department, which reports directly to the EVP of Service. Service Strategy is responsible for strategy definition of Vestas' Service function, EVP-level communications, and supporting strategy implementation. The department’s work is a mix of gathering market intelligence, quantitatively analysing opportunities or investments, developing recommendations, and presenting information in a clear and concise way.
The Service Strategy department consists of a Head of Service Strategy, a Lead Analyst, and this position. It also works closely with the rest of the Service Business Unit to support strategy development and key projects. In addition, Service Strategy collaborates closely with other functions, such as Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance, and our five sales regions.

The ideal candidate is a third year Bachelor or first year Master business student in a relevant field of study (e.g. HA, Cand.Merc.).

- Develop Service communication materials (e.g. Town Halls, marketing materials, investor presentations)
- Perform analyses required for EVP decision-making (e.g. Return on investment, market size estimates for new business areas)
- Assist the team in internal reporting assignments (e.g. Service Strategy KPI reporting for Board of Directors)
- Assist the team in defining the mid-term strategy of Vestas' Service business through, e.g. exploring and evaluating new growth segments and levers
- Other ad hoc tasks to support the department with its responsibilities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a third year Bachelor or first year Master business student in a relevant field of study (e.g. HA, Cand.Merc.).
Furthermore, we expect the following:
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Good at making presentations
