You will join our Communications and marketing department in Denmark
As our new Internal Communication Specialist, you will be part of a well-regarded and highly valued team collaborating closely to position Ramboll in Denmark towards present and potential employees, clients and many other stakeholders. You will be part of a team consisting of specialists within corporate communications, employer branding, PR, digital campaigns, marketing and client communications.
You will, among others, collaborate closely with our employer branding manager to create a consistent employee experience guided by our strategy and employer value proposition.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
The department culture is characterized as dedicated, professional, creative and with a high degree of job satisfaction. The team works flexibly from Ramboll’s global Head Office in Ørestad in Copenhagen.
You will report to the Communication Director for Denmark .

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Translate strategy into effective internal multi-channel campaigns that trigger interest and engagement
- Taking our internal communication on digital platforms to the next level, with particularly sharp focus on internal social media and digital campaigns
- Advice senior management on change management activities with a clear focus on why, what and how and ensure that our internal communication match our strategy
- Drive communication initiatives such as roadshows and cascading activities
- Storytelling through digital campaigns, videos and copy writing
- Take responsibility for Ramboll´s internal digital platforms in Denmark, including editorial responsibility for Rambla, Ramboll´s intranet platform
- Gathering and analyzing insights from digital activities to help shape future activities

- Proven experience in conceptualizing and launching business strategies that create internal understanding and attraction, in close collaboration with senior management teams
- Passion for creating strategies for digital employee engagement and collaboration
- Very strong journalistic skills which creates content that is clear, precise and human
- Project management experience and proven stakeholder management skills when building internal campaigns which integrate with external employer branding activities
- Proven experience in using digital analytics and insights gathered from various platforms to shape future activity and content
- Experienced user of Microsoft SharePoint
- A master’s degree in communication or journalism or other relevant qualification
- Superior communication skills in Danish and English
