As our new Student Assistant in communication, you will be part of our new Technical Software team working closely with the team of 3-4 employees to define the task and create a systematic communication around our legacy contracts and identifying the right stakeholders with the current data essential activities in the agreements.

You will join our Technical Software team
As our new Student Assistant in communication, you will be part of our new Technical Software team working closely with the team of 3-4 employees to define the task and create a systematic communication around our legacy contracts and identifying the right stakeholders with the current data essential activities in the agreements.
On a more practical note, we imagine the ideal candidates to be:
- Studying at university/business school (either Bachelor or Master) and have an interest in IT projects
- Organized and detail oriented
- Great at communicating in English, oral and written
- Experienced in working with Excel, Power Point
- Has interest in training and change management
- Hold a can-do-attitude and proactively look for solutions
- Thrive working independently and speak up when things get stuck
- Appreciate a good laugh!
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Support existing communication structure, adjust, optimise and help the team collaborate
- Help setting up the communication structure around the existing agreements with stakeholders
- Structure the communication around the team and into Ramboll, and what the team support
- Communication on our internal landing page
- Help drafting presentation materials and other documentations
