You will strengthen Ramboll’s internal communication on how we work with sustainability in our own operations
As one of our two new colleagues, you will work closely with Corporate Communications, Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility and Facility Management to communicate about initiatives and activities to our employees. The culture in these three departments are characterized by being professional, creative and with a high degree of job satisfaction.
Key areas of responsibility:
We have two open positions, one will primarily focus on producing content to our internal platforms, and one position will be primarily focused on project management related to events and other types of support. If you prefer one of the two, please indicate this in your application.
Working hours
Student Assistant: 1-2 days a week, depending on your studies and availability.
Starting date is July 2021 or after the summer holidays

- Contribute to creating visibility of Facility Management and Real Estate’s sustainability ambition and efforts
- Drive projects and campaigns in close collaboration with the three above departments
- Writing creative texts, news articles and case stores in English for our intranet, info screens, office spaces and LinkedIn
- Produce internal reports on our efforts within Facilities Management, including interviews with stakeholders
- Creation of slide shows for Local Committee meetings
- Contribute to develop behavioral change and nudging initiatives related to health and safety behavior in the workplace
- Coordinate and arrange events and happenings in our offices
