At Sitel we provide customer support in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish. We are a growing company with currently 150 employees across our two locations in Copenhagen and Sønderborg.
About the role
For a newly created role, we are looking for an unpaid intern that can support our global and local initiatives and strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire experience within a broad range of internal communication and marketing tasks in a global company. After successful completion of the unpaid internship, we are happy to discuss the possibilities of a paid position.
As this is a new role in the company, the tasks may evolve over time, however initially this role will be responsible for the following tasks:

For this internship, we are looking for a proactive, self-driven, hands-on-person who is ready to take ownership over their own tasks. We will be looking for the following skills:

- Develop compelling and engaging communication to our employees
- Creation of internal and external marketing campaigns
- Execution of initiatives that support implementation of our global programs and culture which include our wellness program and our employee journey program
- Execution and involvement in engagement activities such as events, competitions etc.
- Ad hoc tasks
About you
For this internship, we are looking for a proactive, self-driven, hands-on-person who is ready to take ownership over their own tasks. We will be looking for the following skills:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Well-developed business and entrepreneurial mindset
- Skills within culture and change management
- Exposure of external and internal marketing strategy
- Outstanding skills of creating content and campaigns
- Ability to think creatively
- Sales skills is an advantage
