Your work will help ensure that we maintain our position as a world leader within digital solutions in the dental industry. You will join the Global Marketing team in a highly innovative company and work daily with a team of dedicated and skilled marketing professionals. The position is located at the 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen.

One of your main goals will be to develop solid and well-defined marketing and activation plans together with Product Management, Digital Activation, Global Communications, our global partners, and regional marketing offices.

You will ensure that we have strong go-to-market plans in place, with the right sales and marketing tools to support the current product offerings as well as prepare new product launches. You will help create and carry out commercial strategies to ensure that sales targets are met while increasing engagement and loyalty among our existing end-user base of dentists.

Your key responsibilities

  • Driver of downstream global product or marketing program launch campaigns across our portfolio, which may include hardware, software, and services.
  • As owner of global marketing strategy for a specific product line or marketing initiative, you are the lead for the end-to-end definition and activation of the launches, including final messaging and KSPs, market analysis, competitive insights, concept development, core asset ideation and creation.
  • As launch captain you must engage and excite the organization both globally and locally to gain their buy-in and understanding of your upcoming launch campaigns and enable our Strategic Accounts and Partner marketing responsible with the tools to engage our resellers and communicate with them effectively.
  • Understand market trends and customer data to identify strategic opportunities and process improvements within the global marketing team
  • Build and maintain relationship with key regions to ensure alignment with global priorities and to support the roll-out of local launch plans
  • Define initiatives to drive lead generation activities across sales funnel through online and offline channels.

To succeed in this position, you will need

  • Strong project management toolbox and experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • A successfully completed relevant education on a Bachelor or Master’s level, preferably within marketing or similar
  • At least 5-7 years of marketing experience in an international environment, knowledge of the medical industry either pharmaceutical or medical device is a plus as well as having both B2B and B2C experience at a local/affiliate level and at a regional or global level
  • Strong presentation skills and previous experience leading projects and meetings with C-suite executives
  • Proactive and structured mindset, with a keen eye for process improvement and interest in change management
  • Ability to build relationships and make an impact at all levels – both within 3Shape as well as with our external partners
  • Traveling 20-40 days per year should be expected (in non-Corona times)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Required)
