Technical Writer for Product Marketing Support (Temporary position - 1 year)

As our new technical writer you have an opportunity to be part of our Product Marketing Support team, which is a part of Global Marketing. The context is global and Product Marketing Support assists the entire Hearing Instrument Group organisation and is an important link between R&D, Quality, Brand organisations and Global Marketing. You will be working at the headquarters in Denmark where we strive to make life changing technology that improves the life quality for our users.
The Product Marketing Support team is responsible for supporting new product introductions, instructions, and data sheets. The team develops new materials and updates materials for products already on the market.
Ensuring end user adoption
It is important to have the right background and a personal interest in optimizing and ensuring that instructions for use (IFUs) are correct and consistent across our products. A key part of this role is gathering and turning highly advanced technical information, about our products and their functionality, into structured documentation.
We are looking for a person who is good at describing proper use or end user adoption processes, while at the same time complying with the relevant regulatory requirements.. It is important that we deliver instructions for use in a timely fashion for product launches.

Your responsibilities
In collaboration with Product specialists, you will drive, organize, develop, write, and edit content, primarily instructions and data sheets.
- Drive, organize, develop, and write IFUs
- Develop User Guides
- Proofread product related material
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements regarding texts and symbols.
- Transform technical text into user-friendly language
- Ensure text alignment across different versions
Your profile and qualifications
You are an excellent communicator. Ideally you hold a master´s degree in English, business, and technical language (cand. ling. merc.) Writing user guides that leave the reader with a clear understanding of the workflow and instructions comes naturally to you. You have good interpersonal skills and a natural desire to meet deadlines.
You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience from a similar position. It is an advantage if you have been working in the medical, life science or software industry and have worked with methodologies such as Agile or SAFe. You have an eye for detail, and a consistent and structured way of working. Finally, you are proactive, responsibility minded, and you keep track of your tasks.
We are a global company and you will be creating all content in English. Therefore, you will have to be native speaker or fully fluent in English.
