Working for the Trifork brand, marketing and comms team, your role will be charged with setting a comprehensive content marketing strategy for the company and execute it. The role will initiate and create Trifork’s content and leverage and amplify global content that will help to: grow our brand, build relationships and help drive revenue.
You create content that will differentiate Trifork in a crowded marketplace, demonstrating to our customers how we can change the world together. This role will also oversee the distribution of the content across channels such as direct-to-client, social media and website, aligned to our 6 key business areas where we specialize: Fintech, Smart Buildings, Digital Health, Cloud, Cyber Protection and Smart Enterprise.
You will also work closely with our senior stakeholders across our business areas as well as technical experts and thought leaders to develop an understanding of the customer agenda and build the plan. You will also work closely together with our comms and marketing colleagues in the Trifork family.
Your key responsibilities
- Focus on amplifying the strategic priorities of the business via our content programme – covering verticals and horizontals, strategic solutions and growth drivers – taking a customer-based target group approach to our content production
- You build and execute the content plan against our overall marketing plan
- Work with our CCOs and Business unit leaders within our 6 business areas to develop a content plan, aiming to influence and leverage content for activation across our 12 countries
- Look at content from both an external and internal perspective for better connectivity between both audiences, following Trifork’s tone of voice and corporate visual identity
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Comms teams to ensure all content is sourced and packaged appropriately for the channel and audience
- Work with local markets and business units to understand their content needs, taking into account the need to customise at a local level and translate where required
Your skills and attributes
- To deliver projects as directed by the VP Marketing
- Lead the development and delivery of all content, collateral and channels
- 2-4 years of marketing background, covering content, campaigns and communications
- Drive a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints
- Drive the measurement of content activation
To qualify for the role you must have
- Experience of working in a professional services/B2B environment
- Proven record of delivering marketing and content strategies
- A background in tech services
- Ability to understand the market and competitors’ activities to develop unique consumer insights
- Native or full professional proficiency in English
- A strong grasp of language, syntax and the ability to transform complex concepts into easily understandable copy
- Strong copy editing skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A degree in Marketing/Communication/Journalism or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience
