Joining our International Business Line, you will work in a dynamic, multinational team specialised in Energy and Transportation solutions. Our business is diverse, and you will be in direct contact with colleagues in multiple offices around the world. Reporting to the Head of Communication for COWI's international business, you will get great opportunities to extend your potential with communication projects across countries and cultures. Moreover, you will become a member of a larger communication team, working will all communication disciplines internally and externally.
MAKE YOUR MARK THROUGH ENGAGING CONTENT AND EXCELLENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this position, you will be responsible for driving COWI's international social media activities together with a team of experts. Furthermore, you will create content and write articles for other communication channels and support the team with analytical tasks measuring the impact of our work.
To succeed in this position, it requires excellent project management skills. You will take charge of your own projects, which you will drive from beginning to end, including coordinating with various stakeholders.

- Driving a broad palette of communication initiatives to support the business, together with the communication team
- Supporting the business through planning, creating and executing social media activities, including the budgeting and following up on production and marketing costs
- Running effective employer branding and recruitment campaigns, together with HR and Group Communication
YOUR SKILLS. OUR TEAM. TOGETHER WE DESIGN THE FUTURE
Your ability to communicate collaborate, build trust with your stakeholders and navigate across a large international organisation will be key to your success.
Furthermore, we expect you to have:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience within communication, branding or marketing
- Solid communication toolbox, especially in social media knowledge and project management
- Experience from an international environment and/or consulting industry
- Stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organisation
- A flair for analysing data and producing reports
- A structured mindset with the ability to prioritise between tasks
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Starting Date : 1st December 2020
