Technical Copywriter
- for an international software company
GateHouse is seeking an experienced Copywriter for technical marketing content creation.
The Position
GateHouse has ambitious plans for high growth in several business areas. Therefore, we are
now reinforcing the marketing team with a dedicated Copywriter.
With reference to our Group Marketing Manager, you will be a key contributor to the
development of content for our new high growth business areas. You will also help cementing
the position of our two subsidiaries GateHouse Maritime and GateHouse Telecom.
The successful candidate will engage with all parts of the organization and cooperate with
external marketing agencies as well.
Your key tasks are writing compelling content for our website, landing pages, blogs, articles,
white papers, posts on SoMe, product sheets, and other sales materials.
You will be responsible for content creations in various technical levels from a high technical
level targeted to engineers and specialists, over content educating the customer through the
buyer journey and down to a low technical level, making the complicated understandable for C-
level executives.
Your copy drives interest, has a keen focus on target audiences, and, in the end, converts leads
into sales.
Skill and experience required
The ideal candidate has an educational background in communications, journalism, or
marketing. The position requires previous experience working with communication in a highly
technical business area, preferably from software or IT in general.
GateHouse expects that you are a strong communicator and a real team player. GateHouse is
an international company with customers all over the world, and as such your copy will be in
English.
Therefore, the position requires that you are fluent in written English on a native level.
You thrive with the task of translating highly technical content to concise understandable copy
for decision-makers in large B2B settings.
