PROMOTE CUSTOMER-FOCUSED COMMUNICATION

As our new marcom specialist, you will play a key role in driving initiatives to enhance customer focus across our organisation. You will also be the focal point for ensuring quality and customer relevance in our market communication across the COWI group.
KEY TASKS
As part of your day-to-day tasks you will:
› Execute and follow up on market communication plans and initiatives
› Produce, maintain and distribute customer communication material
› Monitor, analyse and report on market development and competitor landscape
› Act as a value adding advisor for the business by sharing best practices, scoping market communication initiatives and ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities
You will be collaborating closely with many different stakeholders from across the business, incl. senior management, the group market organisation and your colleagues from the group communication team.
YOUR COMPETENCES
To succeed in this position, you need to be a team player with excellent cooperative skills. You are an energetic doer who takes initiative and have an appetite for challenges and breaking new ground. You have robust project management skills and you can translate concepts into concrete actions. Furthermore, we expect you to have political awareness and strong communicative skills with the ability to communicate convincingly and ensure buy in from a variety of different stakeholders.
Furthermore, you should:
› Hold a degree in communication, marketing, political science or other relevant field of study
› Have more than 3 years of experience with B2B marketing, preferably from an international knowledge company or agency
› Excel in concept development
› Demonstrate proven track record of content production – written and visual
› Have experience with data handling and analysis (incl. market, customer and competitor analysis)
› Quickly be able to decode complex content, identify key messaging and translate it into compelling communication that adds value for our customers
› Be fluent in Danish and have excellent English skills
A GLOBAL PEOPLE AND COMMUNICATION TEAM
Reporting to the Group Market Communication Lead, you will become part of our global communications team with more than 30 skilled specialists. We collaborate closely on a daily basis and share ideas across the various communication disciplines. In COWI, communication is organised together with HR function in People & Communication which numbers more than 130 HR and communication specialists across the globe.
You will be working mainly from our headquarter in Lyngby near Copenhagen, Denmark.
