Then here's your chance: We are looking for a Communication Specialist with a strong passion for writing to join our international team to support COWI's fast-growing business in Scandinavia, UK, and North America.
You will work in a dynamic, multinational team specialised in energy and transportation infrastructure engineering solutions. Our business is diverse, and you will be in direct contact with colleagues across countries and cultures.
Reporting to the Head of Communication for COWI's international business, you will enjoy great opportunities to extend your potential, working across many communication disciplines, both internally and externally. You will also be a part of a larger communication team, working along experts within press, public affairs, employer branding, internal communication, graphical design, video journalism, and more.

In this position, you will play an important role in driving COWI's social media activities, together with a team of experts. You will also produce longer content pieces for internal and external channels while learning about the many aspects of our business and the inspirational people running it. You will take charge of your own communication projects, including events, from start to end, and coordinate with various stakeholders along the way.

Your main responsibilities will cover:
- Article research and production for internal and external communication platforms
- Content creation for LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
- Copywriting and coordination of prioritised branding and marketing material
- Leadership events and communication

You do, however, need to have the ability to write engaging content, be a team player, take responsibility and be able to manage your projects independently, and on time. Your ability to communicate, collaborate, build trust, and navigate across a large international organisation will also be key factors to your success.
Furthermore, we expect you to have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within communication, branding or marketing
- Proven track-record in writing corporate content
- Experience and interest in working with social media
- Experience from an international environment and/or consulting industry
- Stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organisation
- A structured mindset with the ability to prioritise between tasks
- Fluency in written and spoken English
