Content writer with a strong digital focus for Global Marketing Team

You will be part of a marketing team of a total of 20 people who each have their special skills and a strong teamwork ethic.

For you if you are curious and fearless in researching stories - be they in our Odense headquarters, with our employees in 30 countries, or amongst our customers and happy users in 90 countries.
Telling stories of how we design and build playground and fitness sites that WOW users to come, stay for hours and then yearn to come back. Stories that reflect how our sites develop children physically, cognitively, creatively and social-emotionally. Our concept of ultra-performance outdoor fitness equipment offers the chance to write about life-changing tales for adults, and the opportunity for seniors to stay active. The stories can be about how playgrounds and fitness sites, can be the social meeting point, where a shared experience turns into a friendship, and friendships turn into a community.
Stories can be generated and supported by our in-house research teams, the KOMPAN Play Institute and the KOMPAN Fitness Institute. Their professional knowledge is a priceless resource for inspirational information. The skills of developing and writing content for a homepage is also essential and integrating SEO guidance from our digital experts is an important part of the job.
Your background and skills are
Your future team
The total Group Marketing team consists of 20 colleagues: play researchers, product managers, marketing communication managers, digital experts, graphic designer, 3D visualizers, journalist, photographer, and videographer. These colleagues will be eager to collaborate with you to find, research, and tell the stories and distribute the content.

Your background and skills are
- Language: Fluent English is essential. Danish, however, is not a must
- Communication style: natural storyteller who writes and creates content that is valuable, creative, engaging and relevant to our targeted audiences
- Education: Journalist, Cand.mag in English, Cand.Comm., Cand. International Business Communication, etc.
- Team-player: Many of our stories are about people; colleagues, users, customers, collaboration partners around the world. So, teamwork spirit will help reveal the stories
- Experience: We are looking for an experienced person, but if you are the right candidate this may not be essential
- Energetic, self-propelled, proactive, driven, and with excellent project management skills
