In Flügger, we are busy executing on our Going Green strategy across borders, growing the business organically and through acquisitions. 73 % of our paints and wood stains are already certified and our target is that all our Flügger paints must be eco-labelled by 2030. Further our production must be carbon neutral, and 75% of our plastics must be recyclable in 2030. People & Culture plays an important role in developing our organization with right capabilities and strong engagement. As our new colleague, you will primarily work with our efforts in internal communication supporting culture, and external communication towards candidates and employer branding.
You will be a part of a dedicated People & Culture team with passion for our professions, people and the development of Flügger. You will have interface across borders with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, and Poland.
Your tasks:
• Write job ads and other content for candidate site, LinkedIn etc.
• Make video productions for internal communication and micro-trainings, incl recording, editing, texting, translating.
• Proof reading and editing “My Flügger App” content and LMS platform
• Coordinating tasks in connection with events and sponsorships (e.g. Pride)
• Ad hoc supportive tasks broadly in People & Culture (which includes Corporate Communication)
Flügger is a full value chain business with a strong DNA and passion for what we do. You will work with professionals of all kinds and join a colorful world of professions, skills and personalities.
You study communication and have strong flair for writing and digital production. You are curious on people and how to make things easier for them through communication efforts. Interest in photography is an advantage. You are in your 3rd or 4th year of studying, and you are on the outlook for a student assistant job (app. 15 hours/week) rich on content, where you can also write your Master Thesis later.
As a person you are driven, relation-building, entrepreneurial, and well-organized with an eye for the visuals and details in productions. You act proactively in working with stakeholders.
