We are looking for an experienced communications advisor, preferably with experience from the financial sector
You will join our communications team with five colleagues in Denmark and two in Poland, working digitally across borders, covering external, internal and customer communications as well as employer branding. You will be based in Roskilde, reporting to Area Director of Communications Jens Møller Nielsen.
Your primary responsibilities will be producing and advising on communications to the Danish banks we serve. You will often also contribute to internal communications in our Danish/Polish organization of more than 1,600 tech-savvy people. Furthermore, as part of a small, helpful team, we all help out in other communications areas as needed.
In general, you will be able to work within normal business hours, although there will also be peak periods and occasional trips to Poland.
We strive for a flexible work-life balance and have very good possibilities for working from home 1-2 days most weeks.

You have a degree in communications and more than three years of experience in communications. You probably have experience from a bank, another financial institution, or a financial technology company.

Some other nice-to-have skills in our team could be video production and basic layout skills in Adobe InDesign.
We communicate in Danish with our customers and in English with our colleagues. You must master both languages at a high level both in writing and orally.

As communications partner your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Advising on and producing communications to our customers about banking technology and how our customers get optimal value from our solutions
- Advising on and producing internal communications to our employees
- Ensuring targeted, consistent, clear and efficient communications with strong alignment to bec’s strategic priorities
- Supporting bec’s leaders in communicating and developing their communications skills
- On key issues, creating communications products yourself – on other issues, empowering colleagues in our organization to communicate themselves
- Writing and editing our monthly customer email newsletter
- Maintaining our customer extranet (SharePoint), also training and supporting our organization in communicating on the extranet
- Depending on your skills and the rest of the team, you may also become involved in our employer branding, website, visual identity, and more
