We are looking for a Management Consultant ready to share and grow
Working out of our HQ in Roskilde, you will report to the Head of People & Communications, Mette Willemoe Wang.
In the position as Management Consultant, your main tasks will be structured around the design and implementation of the people and communications strategy moving the P&C agenda forward to the P&C management team and our organization in both Denmark and Poland. In BEC we aim at creating an attractive workplace with strong leadership and market leading finance and tech talents.
Your role is to support the Head of People and Communications in driving the P&C division and designing the People and Communications strategy for BEC in Denmark and Poland in close collaboration with our domains and programs. Your role is also to support the P&C management team in the strategy design and implementation, develop executive presentations, and tactical and operational assistance to support execution and reinforcement. Recommendation for change and advising on additional improvements is also welcomed.
As a Management Consultant, your assignments will be varied with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization. You will have a visible role in P&C and especially the P&C management team - and your work will directly impact success of P&C and thus BEC.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
In this position, one will have a major impact on setting direction for the Division, orchestrating and monitoring the strategic agenda of People & Communications in close collaboration with the P&C management team.

Preferably, you have an educational background at master’s level within business or human resources and 5+ years of experience from a similar position working with business development, in management consulting, strategy and/or executive support.

- Be a trusted sparring partner for our Head of People & Communications and the management team of P&C
- Provide executive support, incl. insights, presentations and recurring reporting and facilitation of workshops and driving key people processes
- Develop and implement strategic P&C projects that are critical to our overall company strategy
- Prepare proposals for and support the conduct of management meetings, including ensuring progress on decisions
- Follow-up and tracking of strategy execution
- Support P&C in making BEC an even more attractive workplace with strong leadership and market leading finance and tech talents
