Would you like to experience a well-integrated HR team? We can offer you a chance to become part of a 300-people large organisation and experience cross-cultural communication at local loudspeaker manufacturer.
Join a passionate HR-team
As an HR Intern, you will become part of a team consisting of five colleagues, taking care of everything from recruiting, making sure onboarding runs smoothly to payroll management to supporting and facilitating our management. Being an intern at Dynaudio, you will gain valuable experience within the broad field of human resources processes, internal communication, employee development and much more.
After a thorough introduction to our culture and organisation, you slowly become the facilitator of the most influential platforms for internal communication including our digital newsletters, employee magazines and intranet. More specifically, you will:

You may be studying cand.mag in communication cand.ling.merc, cand.merc.SOL, cand.merc.HRM, cand.soc, or the like.
Being part of a global organisation, excellent language skills are required in both written and spoken Danish and English.

- Be the editor of our internal employee magazine, conducting interviews, writing articles, taking pictures and bringing employees across continents closer
- Coordinate monthly ‘town hall meetings’, preparing presentation material in close collaboration with a professional Marketing team
- Be the editor of our employee newsletter, representing the senior management to our global organisation
- Support the HR in the implementation of a new HR Management Platform
You will have full ownership over projects and you’ll work in close collaboration with an experienced and collaborative HR-team.
Your personality matters

- Strong communication skills and the energy to handle a dynamic business administration
- Service-minded approach and friendly attitude when interacting with different organisational levels and profiles
- An analytical mind-set and a structured approach
- But most importantly, an enthusiasm for working with communication and people!
You may be studying cand.mag in communication cand.ling.merc, cand.merc.SOL, cand.merc.HRM, cand.soc, or the like.
