To support our growth journey, we are looking for a Marketing Manager.

With direct reference to Head of Business Area Marketing you will join our Marketing department consisting of more than 30 committed, talented and diverse colleagues. We are based at our headquarters in Denmark and at our sales offices around the world. Together our job is to support our three business areas: Heat & Cooling, Water and Electricity, in reaching their goals by growing the Kamstrup brand through customer-centric marketing as well as value-based market communication.

A job with focus on marketing strategy and marketing execution for the electricity business
In this position, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and all marketing plans related to our Electricity Division and Nordic countries in collaboration with your Nordic Marketing colleagues. You will work closely with the Electricity Division as their marketing partner and secure the roll-out and activation of marketing programs in the Nordic countries.

More specifically, you will:

  • Create the annual Electricity integrated marketing plan, design campaign concepts and secure execution of key marketing assets
  • Capture customer and market insights and develop compelling value propositions and key messages to strengthen our positioning
  • Design the offer launch marketing plan and execute offer marketing launch assets, sales enablement material and launch events to secure successful market introduction of new products, software and services
  • Manage our global Electricity case story and Nordic customer case story pipeline
  • Manage planning and execution of events – both virtually and physically (e.g. trade-fairs, customer events, panels, webinars, etc.)
  • Manage the annual electricity marketing budget and ensure KPI’s are set and measured

In the job, you can expect approximately 10-15 travel days per year.

Personality matters
We are looking for a result-oriented, creative and digitally minded Marketing Manager who holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business or similar, combined with at least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role, preferably in an international context.

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Great knowledge of the marketing toolbox and excellent understanding of the marketing processes
  • Ability to craft strategic key messages and operationalize them into targeted marketing content and assets (online and offline)
  • Strong project management skills in an international marketing set-up

In addition, experience in the Electricity business is an advantage.

As a person you are resilient and feel confident driving several projects simultaneously. You have a great personal drive to create results. You are an outgoing marketer, who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships. You manage to keep an overview when juggling many projects at once, and you excel in a dynamic, work environment, where priorities can change based on evolving customer and market needs.

It is a requirement that you master English on a high level, both orally and written. Danish, German, or other languages will be considered an advantage.
