Become a part of our Marketing team as the strategic marketing partner for one of our growing business areas
Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and a world leading supplier of intelligent metering solutions and services. To support our growth journey, we are looking for two Global Senior Strategic Marketing Managers – one dedicated to our Water Business and the other one dedicated to our Heat & Cooling Business. With a direct reference to the Vice President Marketing, you will join our Marketing department consisting of more than 30 committed, talented and diverse colleagues. We are based at our headquarters in Denmark and at our sales offices around the world. Together we support our three business areas, Water, Heat & Cooling, and Electricity, in reaching their goals by growing the Kamstrup brand and improving customer experience.

Two influential roles to develop the global marketing strategy for two critical and growing business areas
In this global position, you will be responsible for the global marketing strategy for either the Water Division or the Heat & Cooling Division as well as the annual marketing plan targeting the utility market across regions. You will hereby strengthen your industry, market and customer understanding enabling you to create and deliver impactful marketing strategies.

More specifically, you will:

  • Drive the annual global marketing and budget planning process for your business area leading to the creation of the integrated marketing program for the utility and partner business
  • Develop the offer portfolio Go-To-Market strategy with Product Management and Sales and build the marketing launch strategy to ensure successful offer launches that create awareness and drive revenue
  • Build strong value propositions and compelling messages based on customer insights, market trends and key market players
  • Be accountable for the development, execution, and market roll-out of campaign concepts, trade programs, case stories, etc.
  • Provide strategic marketing direction to the business and build marketing briefings for internal teams and vendors
  • Ensure strategic KPI’s are set and measured demonstrating impact created for your business area

You can expect around 20-30 travel days per year.

Personality matters
We are looking for two result-oriented, highly driven, and digitally minded Senior Strategic Marketing Managers with a strong commercial mindset, who can use previous experience and personal drive to contribute to Kamstrup’s growth journey in Water and in Heat & Cooling Businesses. You have master’s degree within Marketing, International Business or similar, combined with minimum 7 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role, with proven track-record in marketing strategy, strategic marketing planning and facilitating marketing operational excellence. In addition, experience in the Water and/or Heat and Cooling businesses is a clear advantage.

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Deep understanding of strategic marketing concepts including experience on how to optimize the marketing mix
  • Solid facilitation skills and experience leading cross-functional teams without formal authority

As a person you are resilient and feel confident driving change, building processes and working with transformations. You are an outgoing marketer, who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and a resourceful sparring partner who excels at building trusting relationships. Finally, you thrive in a dynamic, work environment where priorities can change based on evolving customer and market needs.

It is a requirement that you master English on a high level, both orally and written. Danish, German, or other languages will be considered an advantage.
