HR Communication - Student Assistant


Do you want to be involved with many stakeholders? Do you want to create and drive a communication plan? Are you passionate about communication with a global outreach, and do you have excellent organizing skills?
Then we have the perfect student job for you in our global work environment, where you can contribute to communicating our global HR strategy at Demant.

Communication – collaboration – AND a lot of fun
As our new HR communication student assistant, your main responsibility will be to design, organize and deliver on our global HR communication plan together with the HR management team. This entails close collaboration with both our highly engaged HR managers in Denmark and all our good colleagues in the global HR community.
You will get the opportunity to try out a wide range of tasks, such as:

• Engage with our stakeholders to identify and discuss communication needs both within the HR community and towards our line of business
• Analyze data from the stakeholder discussions and design the outline of an HR communication approach
• Be creative and find new ways of communicating our key messages and create global awareness of all the important things, Demant HR stands for and delivers
• Execute on the defined communication plans and ensure a consistent follow-up on actions
• Assist in preparing presentations, documents, web site content and other materials
• Plan and coordinate social events
• Communication and language support on various HR projects - optimizing texts in English and Danish

You will be part of the HR community in Denmark and you will be met by colleagues who focus on creating a unique and positive environment for all.

We are looking for you :)

You are studying a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Communication, Business or similar. You live for communication; you have a creative mind and the ability to transform ideas into practice. We want to leverage our existing community platforms to tie the HR community stronger together and thus strong SoMe experience is an advantage. Because coordinating, planning and executing are important parts of your main responsibilities we expect you to work in a structured manner, and further to see that you are good at following up on tasks until you have crossed the finish line. At the same time, we would appreciate a strong will to interact with all our stakeholders in a respectful, involving and engaging manner.

Finally; you want to be part of a great team who is open-minded, friendly and fun to work with!

Your working hours are around 15 hours a week and we offer flexibility during exams period, as we believe your study has priority.
