We are looking for a Senior Copywriter & Creative Content Creator with an inspiring and positive attitude, a creative mind, excellent wordsmithing skills and a flair for content development in order to help us deliver life-changing hearing care and make Audika Group the global leader within hearing care.
Audika Group is the Hearing Care division of Demant, and we are one of the world’s leading hearing care retailers with more than 2,500 clinics across 24 markets. At our HQ in Denmark, we have more than 20 different nationalities working closely with our colleagues around the world. Based at our international headquarters outside of Copenhagen, you will be part of a Global Marketing team of 20+ people, which is an extremely ambitious, highly engaged, and growing team.
Content matters
As our Senior Copywriter & Creative Content Creator, you can look forward to a wide range of exciting and challenging tasks. You will become a co-driver in realising our life-changing purpose, and your role is to be an inspirational and creative content creator who, together with the Global Brand & Communications Team, leads the creative direction and creates global campaigns and Always-On content for our global marketing channels and consumer journey programs.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this job, you first and foremost should have a creative mindset and exceptional writing skills with a native (or close to native) level of English. You create excellent content for various digital marketing channels, and you quickly understand consumer journeys and how to engage and convert different target groups along the funnel. You are a strong communicator, can lead the creative process, are used to presenting creative and tactical concepts, and are good at building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in our organization.
You thrive in a dynamic organization where things run fast and where the journey from idea to execution is often short. You possess a proactive approach and a can-do-attitude, and you can apply sound reasoning to your tasks.
We are open to different educational backgrounds, but we would like you to have solid experience in:
- Copywriting in US/UK English
- Concept development for all stages of the consumer journey
- Creation of tactical consumer marketing campaigns
- Always-On content development based on research and consumer insights
- Translating insights and technical concepts into simple and consumer-centric content
- Digital marketing with a good understanding of SEO/SEM/SoMe/Native/CRM
