Senior Communication and Branding Consultant for Demant

Then we want to invite you to join Demant’s Corporate Communication & Relations department at our Danish HQ in Smørum, where we handle internal and external corporate communication, public affairs and sustainability.

A pivotal part of our corporate communication team

In your new job, you can look forward to working alongside eight great colleagues in the team. We are situated close to the top management of the Group, in a low-hierarchical organisation with a constant flow of new development opportunities – personal as well as professional. We promise it will be fun and extremely engaging to go to work.

You will be focusing mainly on corporate and leadership communication and relations, but the working days will be very diverse and to a large extent defined by ongoing projects in the Group.

Summed up, you will be focusing on three main areas:

General tasks

• Research, develop, plan, coordinate and manage smaller and larger communication programs that enhance the organisation’s relations with corporate stakeholders both external and internal, e.g. in connection with campaigns or larger events.
• Support Vice President of Corporate Communication & Relations in the development and execution of Group communication strategy.
• Produce and deliver content through various media and coordinate with other communication consultants the prioritisation of the organisation’s internal and external communication on various platforms.
• Measurement and analysis of communication on various platforms, to various stakeholders.

Business partnering

• Drive the development of communication strategy and plans for one of our major business areas and work closely with the business area top management, e.g. to support organisational change or implementation of business strategy.
• Develop and drive leadership and employee communication and training to support the improvement of communication skills.
• Support quality and efficiency in the business area's internal communication, primarily.

Brand ownership

• With focus on brand strategy and storytelling, maintain, drive and develop the Demant brand in close collaboration with digital/graphic designer.
• Assist in building a strong brand and communication platform for management to use as offset for their strategy and plans.
• Roll-out brand strategy to sales companies in countries currently non-Demant branded.

You like to stay updated on the latest developments and trends, to conceive new ideas within your field of expertise and to share your knowledge and thoughts with the organisation. You have confidence in yourself and trust in others, and you are a genuine team player.

In order to be a good fit, we expect you to have a Master’s degree from a university in Communication, PR, Business Studies, Journalism or related fields. It is crucial that you have practical experience working with corporate communication in a medium or large seized company or at an agency.

Off course you are fluent in English, and we also expect you to be familiar with Danish.
