Develop our Global Marketing Data & Tracking processes and activities
We are on the hunt for a Marketing Analyst to join our Global Marketing Analytics team. A person with an ambitious and commercial mindset and a positive attitude who can assist us shape and develop our global marketing data, tracking, and analysis processes.
The role is a crucial component in shaping our marketing activities and you will have an important role in enhancing standards for attribution, optimizing data flows, and marketing reporting.
The responsibilities are exciting and varied:

You will join an effective and agile Global Marketing Analytics team with the purpose to ensure effective marketing reporting and analytics that provides insights, actions and optimizations.
In the team, we are guided by four core values: Trust, Team player, Innovation and Can-do-attitude. They are important to us, and you will experience them in everything we do.
The team is part of the Global Marketing team and we promote an open and inclusive way of working. You will be collaborating closely with around 40+ colleagues in Global as well as many local stakeholders across our 26 markets, why around 5-15 travel days per year can be expected.

- co-develop our global Campaign Tracking Excellence from implementation to end-user training
- construct the future of Marketing reports using cloud technology and provide actionable insights
- educate colleagues across the world on how to secure data quality and work with marketing analysis

- a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
- a solid understanding of digital marketing, with proficiency in data management and tracking
- a commercial mindset and curiosity to understand the industry and consumer journey
- you approach projects and assignments with structure and an eye for detail
