Internal Communications Manager

This position is newly established and hence will provide plenty of opportunities for you to create and elevate your job together with the senior director and stakeholders.
About the department
The department is a staff function that supports and offers service to the Clinical Operations organisation in Novo Nordisk. With a team of 25 dedicated colleagues we offer training in competencies, specialist advise and optimise processes within Clinical Operations. We develop and maintain the framework, systems and processes related to the work in Clinical Operations globally.
The Job
You will be responsible for internal communication in Global Clinical Operations; for the strategy of how and what we communicate and for the day-to-day execution. This role supports the organisation in guiding them to the right way to communicate. This include the global newsletter, Yammer channel, global and headquarter focussed meetings and you will be the secretary at our management meetings and drive our communication strategy.
You will also act as consultant for our stakeholders in how to communicate to the Global ClinOps organisation. It is important to have the know-how on operating on digital platforms like Teams or Yammer and you understand what the end-users want. For this role you have insights into web-based/IT-based communication possibilities and are IT savvy.
This role should ensure fit-for-purpose, best-practise and modern thinking within communication. It involves interaction with our many stakeholders for input, dialogue and evaluation (metrics) of how we communicate.
Qualifications
You could come from a background in communication, tech, or other areas involving working with internal communication. You are self-motivating, proactive, engaged, creative, with a can-do attitude. You will thrive in a team yet being able to take action. Pharma experience is preferred but not a requirement
We see that you have excellent communication skills in writing as verbally, you need to be able to communicate across the business. You are proficient in English. You are structured, can work independently and generate and execute on ideas. You can easily network and work seamlessly with people from other skill types and cultures. A customer-centred focus is a must.
