In the role as Marketing Manager, you can look forward to exciting challenges at both strategic and operational level. You will become responsible for the Danish marketing department, and your tasks will amongst other things include planning, developing and implementing all marketing and communication activities, analyzing monthly sales reports and coming up with measures to improve the results. As their Marketing Manager, you will have a broad role with many areas of responsibilities. You will lead the Danish Marketing department in the day-to-day operations and you must create even more momentum in the digital marketing journey, where there are many exciting opportunities for you and the team to generate online growth. In addition to the digital sales channel, RAJA also uses catalogs. Therefore, it will also be within your area of responsibility to take the needed actions on this part.
Areas of responsibility:
- Implement commercial and marketing strategy across all sales channels
- Lead and develop the marketing department
- Be responsible for the preparation and implementation of marketing plans in accordance with RAJA's overall strategy, positioning and budget
- Establish and maintain a strong collaboration between sales and marketing
As Marketing Manager, you will be in close collaboration with the sales team. Therefore, it is an essential priority in your role that you manage to create a strong teamwork between sales and marketing.
You will also work closely together with the Scandinavian marketing managers in RAJA.
In this role, it is important that you have a solid IT understanding and the desire to work with projects. Your digital skills are strong and you have experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc. There might be systems you are not familiar with, so it is important that you are quick and eager to learn new systems.
In addition, you have:
- A relevant education at bachelor's or master's level
-Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
-Management experience
-Experience with B2B marketing
-Excellent IT skills, including experience with SEO, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SoMe and Inbound Marketing
As a person, you take great pride in keeping things in order. You thrive with an analytical approach and appreciate good collaboration across departments and national borders, but you also enjoy working independently.
