Your role in our team
As our new Commercial Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate technical and commercial documentation to support business development, marketing, and sales efforts. This role bridges technical concepts with business communication, ensuring content is accessible and compelling for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will be working and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, sales, and marketing teams to gather technical and commercial information for content creation.

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
As a person, you are highly skilled in writing, editing, and proofreading. With keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards, you produce accurate and clear content. You excel at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong organizational and project management abilities. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Additionally, your knowledge of commercial and technical terminology in relevant industries—such as technology, engineering, or software—allow you to create materials that resonate with diverse stakeholders.

Your role in our team
As our new Commercial Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate technical and commercial documentation to support business development, marketing, and sales efforts. This role bridges technical concepts with business communication, ensuring content is accessible and compelling for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will be working and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, sales, and marketing teams to gather technical and commercial information for content creation.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:
- Technical documentation: develop, write, and edit technical documentation, white papers, product specifications, proposals, and case studies and translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language tailored to target audiences, such as users, procurement teams and internal teams
- Sales and marketing content: collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create commercial content, including product brochures, presentations, FAQs, and website copy and develop materials that align with branding and messaging strategies to support customer acquisition and retention
- Content management and updates: maintain a repository of documentation and ensure all materials are up to date and aligned with product updates, industry regulations, and organizational changes and implement version control and ensure timely updates to technical and commercial content
- Quality assurance: proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and grammar and adhere to company style guides and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Engineering, or a related field of study
- You have around 3 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role, preferably in a technical or commercial environment
- You have proficiency in content management systems, document design tools, and technical writing software (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Confluence, MadCap Flare)
- You possess strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into non-technical language
- You have experience writing sales and marketing materials, proposals, and product documentation
