Moderator Internship for Games User Research Lab at Nordisk Film Games

Are you passionate about games, a people person, and interested in games user research studies? Then come and help as a moderator at Nordisk Film Games.

At Nordisk Film Games we are looking for a Moderator Intern to help maintain our new games UR Lab in Copenhagen/Valby, Denmark.

You will help book playtesters - screen, recruit participants via emails and phone calls. Also assist in moderating the playtests. You will be able learn about games user research throughout the whole process from recruitment to debriefing.

You are the right intern if you have:

Excellent interpersonal skills, like talking to people, comfortable contacting participants via email and phone and being able to communicate and make others feel comfortable
A user research relevant university study
Good communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Have an eye for maintaining structure when working on projects
Love for games and experience as a gamer
Good computer skills and familiar with office applications

Language skills needed:

Fluent Danish, both written and verbal
Working capacity of English, both written and verbal
The working languages in the team are Danish, Swedish, and English (we also speak Italian, Ukrainian, Russian and a bite of Bulgarian and Polish on the team)

Time period, location and work hours:
The internship is from August 2020 to January 2021, depending on your study plan, and will be at Nordisk Film Games headquarters at Nordisk Film, Mosedalvej 14, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It’s a full-time position, with respect for mandatory hours you might need for your study. Work hours will mostly be 8:00-17:00 during the weekdays, but evening and weekend work might also be needed. The position in an unpaid internship.
