International BtB Marketing Manager
Fertin Pharma is a contract development and manufacturing company supporting healthier living for millions of consumers by offering excellent products to brand and private label companies world-wide.
Fertin Pharma has a solid background in the Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) category with nicotine gum primarily. However, as part of our diversification strategy we also develop and market solutions within a broader nutraceutical and pharmaceutical space, including CBD (cannabinoids). The business development team is promoting solutions with active ingredients across formats such as gum, lozenge, melting tablets and pouches. This spans across a number of categories such as oral care, cough & cold, gastro intestinal, etc. to both branded and private label customers.
In order to further fuel this growth and deliver on our ambitious strategic targets we are looking for a dedicated and inspiring hands-on Marketing Manager to be part of the business development team.
As BtB Marketing Manager at Fertin you will be developing concepts and graphic presentation materials for each of our main business areas being nicotine containing products, CBD, and Consumer Health as well as corporate communication (employer branding excluded).
Business Development is a group of highly dedicated and really nice colleagues. You will be referring to and cooperating with the Marketing Manager but will be expected to enjoy taking responsibility and working independently.
Expect no more than 25 travel days per year to go to trade shows in Europe and US, mainly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Translation of insights on consumers and market data into concept and elements of the Fertin communication
- Product concept development and communication of such
- Communication of Fertin capabilities in general
- Company presentations and other presentation materials – mainly online/e-based
- Communication using LinkedIn and all public homepages
- Organization of international trade shows
- Development and maintenance of corporate visual identity
Required Experience & competencies:
- Graphical skills and extended hands-on experience with WordPress, InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Bridge, Acrobat DC, Dimensions, 3D.
- Min of 5 years of experience from a similar/relevant position within international BtB company
- Strong communication and writing skills and fluency in English
- Experience with concept development and writing
- Experience with translating technical features and benefits into compelling and easily understandable English
