Make your ability count at NNE

We are experts in end-to-end pharma engineering, and our success is built on our relationships, both with our colleagues and our customers. If you want to work on projects shaping the future of sustainable and intelligent pharma facilities, NNE is the place to be.

Do you have a sharp pen and a knack for writing user-friendly procedures? Do you thrive with both the introvert tasks of writing detailed reports and procedures and the extrovert tasks of facilitating workshops? Would you like to support colleagues in a fast-paced and dynamic organisation? Do you have a proven track record of user-friendly procedures and easy-to-understand documents?

If you answer yes to the above questions, then we have a great opportunity for you.

Let’s talk about the nice feeling of working at NNE

We are looking for a technical writer to produce high-quality documents that contribute to the overall success of NNE.

You will be joining the Quality & Knowledge Management team where you will be working with a broad range of stakeholders across our global organization, and where you will use your communication skills to support our colleagues in writing user-friendly and easy-to-use documents.

One of your responsibilities will be to support the team with writing reports. For example, internal audit reports documenting audit results and references to external and internal requirements.

Another important task will be to support the creators of internal procedures with mapping of processes and description of the process steps. You will facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define process steps, and through review and support, you will ensure that documents are written in clear and unambiguous language, making them user-friendly and easily understandable.

To be effective you need to exemplify a consultant mindset and your collaboration skills should be as good as your communication skills.

How you might spend your days

As a Technical Writer, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be:

  • Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience, whether it be reports or procedures, through alignment and cooperation with key stakeholders
  • Supporting stakeholders with reviews and guidance on how to write easy-to-understand documents, and co-creating documents with others to build ownership
  • Supporting projects and specialists across the organisation with document-related issues
Actively developing and continuously improving our toolboxes

As you gradually gain insight into our organisation, you will identify ways to continuously optimise and challenge the way we do things.

Who you are

We care about who you are as a person. In the end, how you work, and your energy is what impacts the effort we do as a team. We expect our new colleagues to be team players, eager to learn and create positive change.

As a person, you are:

  • Structured, meticulous, and persistent, and have a good eye for details
  • Good at collaborating with an enhanced understanding of the needs of different stakeholder groups
  • Good at communicating with and influencing stakeholders. You can work with multiple stakeholders and cultures, and interact with people of all functions and at all levels
  • Self-driven and motivated, willing/able to influence without formal authority
  • Not afraid to take on tasks that are not totally clear and give it a go. You are able to deliver on your own but can also be part of a team and bring out the best in others.
  • You work with a continuous improvement mindset to consistently optimise processes
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and enjoy working in a multicultural environment

The miles you’ve walked

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • We expect your educational background to be either technical or within communication, information management or similar.
  • A basic technical understanding is an advantage as your communication will be centered around content and documentation on a high technical level
  • You are able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures without resorting to complex language
  • You have advanced communication skills in English and comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
  • We prefer candidates with at least 3 years of experience with workshop facilitation and process mapping
  • Your experience makes you able to quickly understand complex processes and break them down into steps that can be clearly described with tasks, roles, and responsibilities
  • You have great collaboration skills and an ability to build great working relationships across borders, cultures, and skill sets.
