About the role
As a key player on our team, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across our global organisation. Here, your communication expertise will be essential in helping colleagues craft user-friendly, accessible, and eye-catching communication materials to support knowledge management and change management efforts. Additionally, you will serve as a cross-functional communication advisor within the department and extend your expertise to other departments as needed – supporting that we can offer you a versatile task portfolio and vibrant work environment.

As a Knowledge Management Consultant you'll be:
- Working closely with closely with Process Owners and Project Managers for internal development projects to support various communication activities.
- Communication planning, ensuring consistency and cohesive identity across materials and chals.
- Making guides and training materials for our platforms and activities.
- Producing high-quality communication materials that is appropriate for its intended audience, whether it be training material, general communication materials, or user guides, through alignment and cooperation with key stakeholders.
- Supporting stakeholders with reviews and guidance on how to write easy-to-understand documents and co-creating documents with others to build ownership.
- Sparring with colleagues regarding internal communication.
- An ambassador for the correct use of CVI in all communication materials across the department.

- Relevant communication educational background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in communication with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written/spoken), allowing you to make complex material easily digestible.
- Experience in change communication in an international company, executing change communication activities.
- Able to conceptualise key messages visually.
- Experience with developing learning material visualisations and video production is a plus.
