Become one of our catalysts for change
At our contemporary HQ office environment in Hedehusene, you become part of a brand new team within our Global Customer Implementation Centre of Excellence. This new team will act as an elevation hub for customer implementation and customer integration within DSV, ensuring that the right set-up, tools and frameworks are in place for us to operate within.
Joining us, you become part of a vibrant, international and diverse community, with colleagues in Hongkong, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Romania. As we are still setting the team, you will be able to impact how we operate and collaborate.
“It’s a flexible environment where we typically work 3 days at the office and 2 from home. There will also be some travel involved, as the team has a global scope, but most tasks are handled virtually,” explains Senior Manager Ann Katrine Mølgaard Jensen.
Deliver road map initiatives and ensure 3rd party governance
As a management consultant, you will be working to define, align and implement governance for our collaboration with 3rd party data integrations and support the overall development of the Centre of Excellence department.
You will be responsible for your own operational and customer excellence initiatives and ensure a new governance set-up. Starting from scratch, you analyse the current landscape, create clear-cut processes and create buy-in across the organisation before you execute a global roll-out in collaboration with your colleagues.
More specifically, you will:

Process and project management experience
Well-versed in the art of process analysis, you understand the importance of collecting data and developing efficient processes. What is more, you have already proven that you can distil complexity into simple and easily understood guidelines.
And with your sharply honed collaboration skills, you navigate with ease at all levels of an organisation, just as your great presentation skills will come in handy when stating your case to management and peers alike.

- Define the optimal set-up, governance and framework for the stakeholders in business and IT
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation
- Have dialogues with customers and 3rd party suppliers about governance and implementation
- Own part of the Centre of Excellence governance and ensure alignment
