Job Role:
As a Senior Business Consultant in our Time Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in continuously developing the Zenegy Time product. Reporting directly to the Product Owner, you’ll be the right hand of the Product Owner, ensuring the efficient development of the Time application based on specifications and business priorities. This role involves overseeing and guiding a talented development team based in India.

Your Impact:

• Take charge of the product’s efficient development, empowering a team of 4-6 developers.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, bringing the Time application to life based on business needs and specifications.
• Thrive in the Greater Copenhagen Area, with a physical presence at our vibrant Zenegy Office located in Hørsholm.

Desired Qualifications:

Domain:

You should possess over 3 years of expertise in salary, time, ERP, or related financial services. This could be as a junior Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst, ideally having worked on various development initiatives in the domain(s). Your experience should cover:

• Comprehensive understanding of critical domain areas such as employee time registration, time calculation, union agreements, and reporting to authorities.
• Proficiency in user journey mapping and design.
• Direct engagement with users, including customers and partners.
• Knowledge of payroll and time-related legislation.
• Strong grasp of compliance, risk handling, and mitigation.
• Familiarity with product maintenance and efficiency across the value chain.
• Experience in documentation, onboarding/user guidelines, release notes, and feedback processes.

Technical:

While a strong understanding of the technical environment is not crucial, it would be a plus if you have experience with technologies such as:

• .NET Core
• SQL
• Redis
• Azure Cloud Platform and CI/CD
• Azure functions
• Angular (Frontend)
• React Native (Mobile)
• API management and API gateway
• Open API (Rest API)
• Authentication Auth
• Micro Service Architecture

Leadership Skills:

With 3-5 years of experience as a junior Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst, you should excel in:

• Defining the product vision and translating business objectives into product goals.
• Leading scrum meetings, managing requirements, optimizing development efficiency, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Cultivating a collaborative and productive working environment, in line with Zenegy’s way of working.

Education:

A Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics or IT would be ideal.

You might currently be a Senior Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Junior Product Owner in a mid-sized or large fintech company, a Consultant with experience in Time, or a Self-Employed professional.
