“Zealth specializes in global market access and health economics, offering tailored services for successful product launches and sustained market access support.”In the Scandinavian countries our focus is to support pharmaceutical companies with HTA and Market Access work for the Scandinavian affiliates. Zealth performs submissions to TLV and NT in Sweden and likewise in the other countries. Zealth also provide market insights in preparation for lunch of new drugs, competitive analysis, over overall strategic guidance to our customers. On a global and European level Zealth creates Value dossiers, strategic guidance, and PRA support. Zealth is expanding in Sweden, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant who work closely with our Nordic and Swedish customers. Our customers are both big pharma and biotech companies who rely on our support in succeeding with their market access strategies.

Dine opgaver



  • In your role as Senior Consultant, you will be accountable for providing strategic insight and management of national and regional projects within market access and health economics. You will be responsible for developing health economic models and support on submission in all Nordic markets. Ideally, you have experience with Swedish or Nordic market access from either HTA (Health Technology Assessment) bodies, the life science industry, or market access consulting. You will work closely with your colleagues in both Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
  • This position is a fully remote position with some occasional travels to Denmark.
  • The focus for this position is within market access and health economics. The primary clients are pharmaceutical companies which need support for their market access preparation. Zealth is involved in different or all steps of the process, from pre-launch, launch and post-launch. Zealth also assists clients in the initial work, have market overview for specific areas, gain insights into comparable treatment options for the launch products, map the competitor landscape and understand who the key opinion leaders and experts in the market are. The Senior Consultant should also focus on the strategy development of the market access activities.

We interact with our customers and Nordics payers, national organizations, healthcare insurers, hospital pharmacists, pharmacy groups, heads of clinics, and other relevant stakeholders, which is needed for building a commercial market access strategy for our customers. Work tasks include:
  • Lead and develop projects within market access and health economics.
  • Support the development of payer solutions for national, regional, and local use.
  • Develop HTA/reimbursement submissions including health economic modelling.
  • Develop core value dossiers and value stories for use in external stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and adapt health economic evidence for local use.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of requirements to health economic documentation in Swedish healthcare approval processes.
  • Collect local cost data for the customization of CE and BI models.
  • Undertake disease and treatment landscape mapping and market access strategy development.
  • Support engagement strategies with key payers and other relevant opinion leaders to support market access activities.


Din profil



  • A university-level degree in a field related to Health Science or Economics
  • Experience with HTA submissions in the Swedish market either from HTA body, consulting, or pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience in interaction with local payers.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish (or Scandinavian language)
  • Experience in health economics and experience developing or adapting models.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the field of market access is ideal.
  • A strong sense for detail and quality focus.
  • A quick learner with a business mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively with and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with young colleagues.
