What is the job about?
As a Sr. Reward Consultant you will drive the Global Rewards processes in close collaboration with the respective process owner. Perform cross company analysis on various Reward topics to support the data driven approach in the department and utilize different quantitative methods to create insights on Reward issues. The position will be located either in Denmark or in Hungary.
Your main responsibilities:
Drive the process of calculation (In SuccessFactors) and payout of incentives for ~12,000 colleagues globally
Support other Reward processes
Drive annual analysis of our salary competitiveness looking at different reward elements.
Be a key person in our journey towards Pay Transparency according to the EU Directive
Run various ad hoc analysis
Your background
We imagine that you have:
At least Bachelor’s or (preferred) Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
At least 2-5+ years of relevant work experience
Fluency in written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills – ability to both crunch the numbers and derive a clear meaning out of them
Understanding of Reward processes and deliveries
“Can do” attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead processes and projects
Strong in stakeholder management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel)
