The Digital Ventures Lab is where all our SGRE functions run alongside to support and to drive our common efforts and initiatives, fueling SGRE's digital transformation. The Digital Ventures Lab provides access to a unique ecosystem of digital natives, data sciences, developers, universities, startups, and other corporates & partners to accelerate the digital transformation of Siemens Gamesa.
How to contribute to our vision
In this key role you are going to support SGRE business units in planning and implementing the changes related to the introduction of new digital products and solutions.
You identify digital adoption and change management challenges across the business organization. You also define and drive the adoption and change management activities and programs, from individual level to large scale training and capability building activities. This includes working and sparring with business leaders at all levels to enable the organizational and cultural side of the digital transformation.
You will be organizing and hosting workshops to facility the cultural evolution of our company, as well as working broadly and collaboratively with stakeholders and HR to move the digital transformation forward. We expect you to be an active part of our implementation, adoption and change management community of practice, to allow the transformation to scale globally.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone who is knowledgeable and very experienced in transformation and change leadership, culture and organizational capability building, as well as disciplines of organizational dynamics, psychology, and change management. You understand digital technologies and the related challenges to the future of working environments. You are an optimistic person and passionate about seeing individuals and groups grow.
You have more than 3 to 5 years experience in coaching leaders and teams on leading and embracing change, working in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment. We also expect you to have a master’s degree in Social Science, Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
