Job Description
You will be responsible for building and shaping a new cross-site team of existing and new engineers with the key goal to sustain our product portfolio and improve product quality. Your team will be situated in Copenhagen, Stetin (Poland) and Basel (CH). Collaboration and coordination across borders, culture and language will be part of your daily activities. Your first tasks is forming your winning team and establishing processes. Expect to make a positive impact on customer satisfaction and ensure alignment on tasks we are executing - and not executing - across the organization in collaboration with QA/RA, marketing, operations and sales.
Your responsibilities in short
• Building a new team and implementing standard work and processes
• Ownership of Product quality KPI’s
• People management (Development, engagement and daily support/teamwork)
• Handling budget for your area
• Selecting and executing projects based on your knowledge of our customer and supply chain needs
• Execution of several projects and portfolio management
• Defining processes, strategy and standards for the teamThe international nature of the job takes you travelling up to 30 days per year.

Qualifications
We believe you combine your bachelor's, master's or PhD.-degree in Engineering with flair for predicting "how can this product potentially fail?" (FMEA analysis skills) to avoid future quality issues. This combined with the following increases your chances of success:• Medical Device experience (ISO 13485 and audit experience)
• Management experience in an international context
• Good understanding of project management
• A natural flair for order and structure
• Passion for quality in products and processes
