It is a job with vital impact on our future operations and distribution of Radiometer’s Medical Devices worldwide and a prominent position with a vast exposure to top management.
As our new Global Label Program Manager, you can expect to build strong relationships with our ambitious and friendly colleagues in RA, Technical Publications, Global Supply Chain and the production among others.
It is the responsibility of the Global Label Program Manager to be the overall project lead for the label program from start to end including planning the project, secure optimal solution, quality, time, budget, involve all key stakeholders and manage the different sub projects. After completion of the program, the Program Manager is expected to continue as department manager for a new Radiometer Global Label Excellence department.

Your responsibilities summed up
• Leadership and direction for Radiometer’s overall labelling strategy
• Secure compliance with market requirements MDR, IVDR, UDI, FDA, CFDA etc.
• Plan, run, implement, and secure sustainment of the project
• Build the future labelling team and run this team after the project is completedTravelling between 10-25 days per year is to be expected.
To mention one possible destination, we have a new Distribution Center in Stargaard in Poland. On this site they have built their own experiences with implementing changes in labelling that you can potentially learn from.
Organizationally you report to Benny Poulsen, Senior Director, Global Strategic Projects with a dotted line to Inge Christiansen, Senior Director, Global Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Academic background (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• Experience working with labeling in a regulated industry
• Experience from Supply Chain, Production, Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance
• Project Management capabilities
• Good understanding of how labeling affects the value chain
• Strong strategic, collaboration and communication skills
• Any experience with Axapta/ERP and LEAN is also a bonus
