The Digital Services department defines, develops, coordinates and implements Radiometer’s digital initiatives (IoT services). We are a customer-centric team identifying new digital tools to better serve our worldwide users and allow them to focus on what really matters; patient care. Working with partners across the organization and across geographies, we develop go-to-market strategies for our new services while remaining committed to the continuous improvement of our existing portfolio of offerings.

Project manager with a focus on the future
You will be driving key projects within digital services, including planning, coordinating, reporting and stakeholder relationships (at headquarters and in local subsidiaries). Some of these partners include but aren't limited to marketing, R&D, sales, support, and IT teams as well as local subsidiaries.
When driving these projects you will have to identify/prioritize risks and roadblocks and develop actionable action plans to mitigate them and track quality, operational execution, and success metrics.
This role will be launching digital services with local subsidiaries and by developing training-material and train local subsidiaries to sustain digital services and ensure continuous improvement.Furthermore, you will perform VoC (internal and external) and define new digital services that help drive Radiometer’s overall digital strategy and participate in continuous development and maintenance of existing services & service-related procedures within Radiometer as well as subsidiaries.

Qualifications
We are looking for:
• Many years of experience in digital business models or service management
• Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
• Strong track record with digital services: digital tools, challenges associated with digital transformation, cybersecurity, data management, data analytics, and digital economy
• Experience in sales, marketing and/or project management, structuring and implementing digital services
• Ability to work across various functions in a fast-paced agile setup and drive decisions
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate new ideas that fit with the overall digital strategy
• Strong organizing/systematic skills with proven attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and communication skills both spoken and written.
• Proactive, showing initiative and ambition
